please note: Pond plants are sent separate from all other orders meaning we can only combine pond plant orders as they come from a separate facility. Delivery is only £5.99 next day. Alternatively you can select Free store collection and have these ordered into store for you.
All orders received by 11am (from Monday to Wednesday) are dispatched the next shipping day on a next working day service. To avoid plants being in transit for the weekend, we do not dispatch on Fridays. Similarly, orders for Highlands & Islands that are restricted to a 2 day service are not despatched on Thursdays, but held until the following week.

In the main season, orders placed by 11am on a working day are sent the next working day, excluding Friday (or the Thursday before Easter).

During low season Anglo will amend the days orders are shipped. We will keep you informed but dispatch days are normally:
• March - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
• April to Mid August - 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
• Mid August and September - Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
• October to February - Once per week - Tuesday.

Our couriers will leave orders in a cool shaded area if there is no one at the address provided, or with a neighbour if possible. In the unlikely event our products are damaged on arrival or we have made a packing error we will replace or refund as requested. Please provide photographs of the item and its packaging ideally within 24 hours to enable us to claim from the courier and to help us provide a swift resolution and enable us to maintain our high standards.
Deep water
Deep Water plants do not require repotting; there is no need to remove the mesh basket.
Water Lilies
Miniature lilies: Pygmaea & Snow Princess
Even 1 ltr do not need repotting and there is no need to remove the mesh basket place in the pond
in the basket.
All other lilies, 1ltr lilies require potting into a 3ltr or larger mesh basket.
3 ltr lilies do not need repotting but will benefit from being potted into a larger basket. 10 or 30 ltr
lilies do not require repotting. There is no need to remove the mesh basket.
Marginals & Oxygenating
9cm marginal plants require potting into a mesh basket. Place in a pond no deeper than 1/3
maximum recommended planting depth to allow the plants to establish.
1ltr marginal plants do not require repotting but will benefit from a bigger basket, there is no need
to remove the mesh basket. Place in pond no deeper than 1/2 maximum recommended planting
depth to allow the plants to establish. Plants over 60cm height growth will benefit from repotting
into a larger mesh basket or should be planted in gravel to prevent them from falling over in a
breeze.
3ltr and 5ltr plants do not require repotting; there is no need to remove the mesh basket. Place on
the shelf of the pond at the required depth.
Floating
These can just be placed onto the pond surface, ensure the roots are in the water.
Moisture lover
Remove the plant from the pot, and plant in damp ground, in a hole deep enough to accommodate
the root ball.
